Cancellation & Refund Policy

IT GATEWAY SOLUTION believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation Policy

  • Service Initiation: Once a service has commenced, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You may cancel services at any time; however, any work performed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
  • Notice Period: A minimum notice period of 14 days is required for the cancellation of ongoing services or consultation sessions.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: All services provided, including support and consultation, are non-refundable due to their intangible nature. Once a service is rendered, it cannot be returned or undone. Any advance payments made for future services are also non-refundable, as they are allocated to project planning and resource commitment.

Client Responsibilities

  • Timely Communication: Clients are responsible for communicating any issues or concerns promptly. Failure to do so may impact service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Reviewing Agreements: Clients should review service agreements carefully before commencement to understand the scope and terms of services provided.
